We regard November as the best time to be anywhere in Cambodia, especially from the end of the first week of November as the monsoon wet season is about to end. You have the benefit to enjoy the country without the crowds of the peak season. The locals regard this time of year as their “Winter” and they really feel the cool weather, especially at night.
